    Marvin Hagler. Didn't get a title shot until his 40th fight I believe and then got robbed.....so he started knocking out people. Nice guy to boot.....he still is my hero

    The closest thing to a "boxing hero" that I had when I was a kid was Mike Tyson. I watched his fights obsessively back when I was about 8 years old.
