British board block Rogan's phoney world title effort

I dont know why Rogan doesn't chase Coleman Barrett for the Irish title on the 27th october instead, surely a much better fight.

 

its the way you went about it tho thats why you were "slated" we all know the wbu is not a legitimate world title

 

what was the belt ricky hatton used to hold before he won the world title?
sky tv used to bill each one of his fights as "world title" fights.

Point taken - but again I'll stress that these belts are used as career stepping stones and to sell tickets.

If your going to use terms like "phoney" in this article Slap then your going to have to be consistent on every future occassion that an Irish fighter fights for an alphabet title..
