Vitali - Vitali can arguably take anything Wlad can throw, he can exchange punches with any Heavyweight around today and be confident his chin can hold up. This IMO is the deciding factor.

Like both brothers say, Vitali is a fighter, Wlad has had to learn how to be a fighter.

 

Vitali i think, but it would be close.

 

If it gowes 12(and wlad can do do this with his denece) Wlad wins by UD.

 

Prime for Prime, Vitali smashes Wlad..
Vitali has better defense, better workrate, is more willing to engage, has far superior toughness and a mean fighting attitude..
Not to mention that Vitali is a slide taller and has a larger frame..

Also keep in mind how difficult it would be mentally for wlad to fight his big brother that probably beat the **** out of him whenever he did something wrong as a kid and who he has been looking up to all his life.

Prime for there's absolutely no question. Vitali will win it easily. If they fought now, it would depend on how well Vitali's 40 year old body holds up.

 

No question..Wlad beats him. No version of Vitali could beat this version of Wlad. Wlad is an all around far better fighter, has much better tools, and makes much less mistakes. Vitali isn't tougher either. Whenever he gets a little bit of pain, he quits(like in the chris byrd fight)

You cant be serious.. So Wlad is just as tough as Vitali`? :huh.. Quits when it hurts, uhm, he walked through everything that Lewis and Sanders threw at him..
I agree that Wlad is the better "basic boxer".. But that is only one dimension.. Accuracy, technique(jab, combos, straight rights etc), speed and power is all in favor of Wlad..
But,(as explained) Counter punching/defense, workrate, toughness, also punch varying is in favor of Vitali..
Vitali can also fight both as the aggressor and defender.. He is just a more complete fighter IMO..
