Will someone tell me where Ive slated Arnie please?? I stated he had been telling me that I'd flatten Cleverly and has since told me that if I was still with him I would?? Crazy statement but eh tahts boxing for ya. I never stated my reasons for leaving Arnie an never will as thats between him and me, I also never blamed him for my bad performances! Someone show me where I did?? Not possible!

I've said it once and I'll say it again, doubters keep doubting me!! I just cant wait to hear the excuses when I win this fight! And believe me Im going to win alright! don't matter what I say or what anyone thinks, Come the 15th October I shall not be moved an I will come out on top NO MATTER WHAT!!

Thanks again ESB.. I won't be posting on this thread again as imo its run it's course ;-)

I think people believe you slated him following your commets about how much youve improved and learned under your new trainer.

I agree that the last fight was an effective job.

I was looking for that type of performance a few fights ago when he was with Farnell but it wasn't happening which is why I was heavily advocating a move from Farnell. Bomber could IMPROVE on that performance. He was moving and running at times and not throwing power shots but imagine if he had been throwing power shots at times, sitting on his shots sometimes and still being on the move and not getting hit. That is where he should be wanting to be and if he had left Farnell and been fighting like that a few fights ago he would have developed more. I fear he may have left it a bit too late to leave Farnell because Cleverly is ALL MAN and will come to fight. Bomber doesn't have the skills to outbox him like he did to McKenzie, although I'm sure he thinks he does. At some stage, he will HAVE to fight Cleverly and when he does, he might think he is surrounded when the punches start coming. If he punches WITH Cleverly, he could get overwhelmed.

However, if he had left Farnell sooner and developed a bit more, he would have more of a chance.

We can now see that Farnell didn't even really believe in him at 175 anyway.

Anthony " Arnie " Farnell is not important at all.

He is a very poor trainer who has no discipline or respect in his gym.
He is tactically limited and very very immature and childish at times , his fighters do not treat him as a trainer but more as a mate and that has been his downfall regarding prospects leaving his gym .
Crolla , Bellew , Gavin have all left with smokescreen excuses , the simple fact is that these guys were not progressing and would not progress further under Farnell s instructions .
The writing is on the wall for Farnell and his current fighters .
THe Heffrons , Butler etc will soon realise if not already that Arnie will only take them so far .
Gavin has technically the best footwork and hands you will ever see but has gone back completely under Farnells camp .
Just look at Mc Guigans comments after his previous fights , his concern is there for all to see .
Yes Gavin may have issues outside the ring but those issues have been on the cards due to the undisciplined relationship he has developed with Farnell.
It wont be long before we see the improvement of Gavin under Tibbs and then a snipe from Arnie regarding Gavins new lease of life .
All in all Arnie is now looking at his previous biggest prospect in Bellew now fighting for a World title which does wrankle him .
The fact is Bellew would not have got that shot under Farnell as he would have made the same mistakes as his did in his previous Mc Kensie fight.
I cant put it more simple than previously stated Farnell is a Clown anyone who disagrees does not know the man or does not know boxing .
Farnell is entitled to his opinion but lets not think we are getting the opinion of someone with great intelligence or knowledge .
If that was the case he would still have the 3 above named intelligent fighters with him .
Farnell needs to look at his own inabilities and failures with lost fighters and maybe take off his Rose tinted glasses that he is Freddy Roach :nono

Does Bellew really believe his tactics what he used V McKenzie will work V Clev? Come on Jesus. Also please stop building up McKenzie as a monster puncher and avoided fighter he's not even top domestic class

Arnie is right to give his opinion. Bellew's ego can't take it which is why he has to make snide comments to Arnie and question him instead of just saying, "OK Farnell, you think he will win, I will prove you wrong".

Another laughable thing is Bellew saying, "He doesn't know what I'm going to do". Does he think he is Bernard Hopkins here?

I don’t think anyone who can attract Frankie Gavin & Tony Bellew is a mediocre trainer...... granted Tony Bellew has yet to beat Cleverly and Frankie is riding his non existent British SD (I mean he might as well won 120-108 on 2 cards and lost 114-113 on the other).

Even though Curtis Woodhouse will balance out just like Froch with his golden footwork.
