As I recall it, Cortez hadn`t actually motioned for the fighters to box again when Mayweather clocked Ortiz, he seemed distracted by someone ringside. I`ll have to rewatch the fight but unless Cortez called time in and told the fighters to box again after the point taken from Ortiz this should have technically been a DQ loss for Floyd.

But in all honesty that wouldn`t be right, I mean what the **** was Ortiz doing being all apologetic and acting like his balls got cut off, trying to hug Floyd like some ***** not once but twice to say sorry and then getting flattened after the second time, I mean for that alone he deserved getting decked.

Its a ****ing fight not a ballroom dance, the guy in front of you thinks your a joke and is looking to take your title from you and this guy hugs him? he should have ****ing sneered at Floyd after the headbutt incident and insulted him after by telling him to stand and fight like a man or something like that, anything to try and get in Floyd`s head.

But no, Ortiz instead acts like Floyds long lost brother and goes all apologetic and affectionate after his headbutt, going too damn far with the apologies and then he gets KOed, for that alone he deserved to lose, I couldn`t ****ing believe he was acting like that after the headbutt, unbelievable really.

Cortes said "Lets Go" and was looking at the judges and said "Time In"

All that **** talking put Ortiz on hes place, Floyd belittled him and Ortiz just smiled back accepting hes outclassed, well after he headbutted lol.

yes a rematch is not needed cause first of all it won't make any money cause you can already see that mayweather was already breaking him down so who to say victor will be any different in a rematch

It wasn't a fair fight because of the flying head butt you threw, Victor.

Floyd would have made him look like Gatti by the tenth round if he made it that far. He doesn't want to fight Floyd, he just wants another 3 million bucks.

I would not pay to watch the rematch. Floyd was on his way to dominating this kid. It's a damn shame how it had to end but I don't see why a rematch would be necessary at all.

Now we know why he didn't get up. He wanted to lose that way so he could get twice the money in a rematch.
