I'd give it to Hopkins on resume but his style is just too ugly.

Prime Roy Jones was the P4P best of all time. IMO.

Whitaker and Jones Jr., no doubt about it for me. They were simply on another level than pretty much everyone they faced, even the very best guys. Can't say the same for Pacquiao.

I'd vote for whitaker but if it's only 1990 and on you're taking out a sizeable chunk of whitaker's career out of consideration.

Wouldv'e been Holyfield had he stepped away after being robbed against Lewis than destroying Ruiz.

Coulda been Jones Jr had he retired after becoming WBA HWCofW.

Shoulda been Mayweather but he became the world worst human being after the Castillo fight and has cheated his way into the elite rather than fighting fair and square and earning his ATGness.

But instead it's Pacman.....the classiest, best, and fairest fighter since Sugar Ray Robinson.

No one in the history of boxing has been ratted so highly as Manny Pacquiao is by doing nothing to deserve that ranking.

pac lost twice whilst remaining relatively unknown throughout the 90s. Won a world title in 2001 and when he beat barrera in 2003 i finally took notice.. Floyd was a world champion in 98 but still for me didn't do enough during this decade. So hopkins it is for me as he has the longevity as well as success over the 2 decades. I personally like his style too.

Floyd. The man has always fought the best and has never lost, where as everyone else on that list has.

Holyfield robbed against Lewis? Think you got it mixed up. Also, he is most likely a cheat.

This means that Holyfield are out of my list. The proven cheats Roid Jr. and My Refregirators Lights Out are too.

As for the list, I say Sweet Pea, Floyd and Manny. B-Hop comes close.
