Pacquiao in an ATG ranking sense, but Floyd is the better fighter and can still overtake Pac before he retires. It's all very close.

 

Bottom line: you cannot blame any athlete in any sport for undergoing additional voluntary drug testing.

If you want to hold a grudge because your favorite fighter will not elevate himself to the same level, go for it. But every person on here must admit that Mayweather testing himself is ideal and the only thing more ideal would be if others did so too. And the most ideal? If it became the standard.
