Although i am a huge pacquiao fan, watching Floyds display against Ortiz, illustrated to me he that he totally wrong for pacquiao. His superior hand speed, reach advantage, ring I.Q, defensive prowess, could set up a total miss match for the pacman, moreover since the Cotto fight, i've noticed a steady decline in pacquiao's performances, what's your take on the fight?

i think manny has quicker hands. If they go toe to toe Manny will win the exchanges because he's quicker and also more powerful.

Manny will struggle because Mayweather's Timing, Sneakyness, Counterpunching, defense is all better.

The longer we wait for the fightto happen, the more of a chance floyd has.

Yes they are both sowing down, but it willaffect manny more.

I feel the same way. Manny is a great fighter. He just isn't a better one than Floyd. Floyd is way to intelligent in the ring. It takes someone just as smart and just as skilled. Unless Floyd slows down considerably, Manny wont beat him.

Manny's style and the wars he's been in are definetly taking their toll, and is mayweather scared? i reckon he probably, has some doubts and fears of losing for sure, but another part of me and more importantly says he's building the fight up...

I have no problem agreeing with this. But, preferably, I'd like to actually see it in the ring instead of constantly hearing about it. If the Asian midget is that easy to handle, then the fight would have been done and dusted already. Two years we've been hearing about this. Two ****ing years. And counting.

Not at all, but ortiz was considered to be 'quick' and powerful by most pundits, and according to roach given pacquio some of 'the best sparring he had ever seen' and according to pacquio the 'biggest potential in boxing ' despite this he was spanked around the ring for 4 rounds..

Oh yeah I though Floyd want's an even playing field that's why he asked for those test.

Don't give me the "He made Mosley and Ortiz take those test"

He got no choice but to continue asking for the test in his future fight unless he want's to look like an idiot ducker.

Floyd camp has been singing the same tune kid. But they never made any effort to make the fight happen.

as a pacquiao fan I rather see Mayweather lose, but my rational faculty suggests that Mayweathers style is a mess for manny, and what you say is correct, but perhaps mayweather is building the fight to such a climax and unprescedented event that his name will be etched in boxing history win or lose, i think he's hyped it enough personally, but he's a control freak!

Manny is too much of an elite fighter for it not to be competitive. Both have style advantages too I don't believe that "Floyd is all wrong for Manny" They both have a stylistic chance but I do favour Floyd

I highly doubt Pac will slow down. This is the reason why Pac will not be taking any high risk fights. His last high risk fight was against Margarito. Arum knows that if Pac keeps going up in weight or fight somebody at 154, Pac will really get worn out and Floyd's hopes of Pac getting " worn out " will eventually happen.

Pac will fight Marquez then Bradley. Both don't possess any risks to Pac.

i never said anything about the testing?, and ur right he has to test every one he fights now. He envies the credit the pacquiao is given from the public and his accomplishments in the ring,i think he genuinely feels pacman is on something, thats his perogative, to think what he wants isn't it? but as for asking for testing i personally dont thing he's entitled to that, because if other boxers were to start making such demands, no fights would materialise. In the end the public are gonna force this fight to happen, and money involved is too much for Floyd to refuse, thats my hunch..
