If Pac demanded notification I believe most Pac fans would want to know why. He could have a totally valid reason. For example, isn't it true that USADA doesn't test overseas? It could be that Pac would want to coordinate with the testing body to let them know when he'll be stateside, and he could also let his opponent know when arrangements should be made for testing overseas. OTOH, if Pac gives absolutely no reason, it'd naturally raise suspicion even among his fans. Add to the fact that Pac's a politician now who has presidential ambitions, there's probably a lot of people in his country who would love it if an issue of integrity knocks him out of contention for the top spot in the government.
