Examples of shorter fighters outboxing taller fighters...

    Tyson outfought fighters, not outbox. It was his power & aggression that overwhelmed them not his fancy footwork and cute counterpunching skills. If its a case of simply shorter fighters that beat taller fighters then we would have thousands of examples. As it is im looking at the word outbox right now as if the thread starter meant a guy outboxing his opponent from the outside, ala PBF, Whitaker, JMM style. I would like to see an example of 2 elite fighters, both outboxers with the taller one being outboxed. Dont think theres many with a big enough height difference.

    Ivan Calderon just 5'0" and every opponent has been and will be bigger than him, still he outboxes them 30-0 6KO's. A very humble guy he is.

    Roberto Duran was shorter than leonard, and outboxed him in their 1st fight..

    E vander Holyfield was shorter than Bowe and outboxed him in their 2nd match, better known as the fan man fight..

    Aaron Pryor was a shorty only 5-5 and outboxed Alexis Arguello twice..

    Shane Mosley is only 5-7 and outboxed 5-10 Dela hoya twice...

    Too many to mention..

    floyd jr he is like 5 feet 7 vs diego corrales, diego was 6 feet tall.
