Frankie should be at 140 IMO, but if he chooses to take a novice like Tibbs opinion over a stranger who posts on a boxing forum so be it. Good luck Frankie

Welter or light welter. I'm just please that frankie has chosen a division. I think this business of switching up and down could have potentially harmed Frankies training. Now he's focused and made his decision to stick with the welters, now he can train like a welter. Focus on building his strength and power rather than constantly worrying about dieting and weight loss. I predict certain physical changes to be evident in the next 12 months. Best of luck Frankie

If Mark Tibbs can get him into good shape and build a proper Welterweight frame then it can work. But Frankie needs to put the work in inside and outside of the gym.

Proper Fwank cannon fodder opponent description, "never been stopped."

To be fair, I've never seen the guy so he could be very good, just had to chuckle at the description.
