Bayless usually does an OK job. I mean there was that Pacquiao - Mosley knockdown but from the way he saw it, the push did look a little bit like a knockdown and nobodies perfect.

 

bayless is a good referee and probably the best out of the current ones but he missed the mosley push and count it as a knockdown. he might do the same with floyd and count floyd's elbow as a legit punch.
