These are Doug Fischer's picks. Do you agree?

    - Giovanni Segura-Roman Gonzalez -- Segura by come-from-behind TKO in a terrific fight
    - Pongsaklek Wonjongkam-Giovanni Segura -- Segura by late TKO
    - Guillermo Rigondeaux-Nonito Donaire -- Donaire by decision in a relatively uneventful boxing match
    - Yuriorkis Gamboa-Nonito Donaire -- Donaire by spectacular KO in a fight of the year shootout
    - Brandon Rios-Yuriorkis Gamboa -- Rios by come-from-behind late rounds TKO (much like the Acosta fight)
    - Marcos Maidana-Brandon Rios -- Bam Bam by late TKO in the fight of the year
    - Juan Manuel Marquez-Erik Morales -- Marquez by close, perhaps controversial, decision in a fight of the year candidate
    - Timothy Bradley-Amir Khan -- Khan by close, perhaps controversial decision, in an awkward, generally uneventful boxing match
    - Andre Ward-Lucian Bute -- Ward by close decision in a surprisingly fast-paced and entertaining fight
    - Ismayl Sillakh-Andre Ward -- Sillakh by late-rounds TKO

Nice list. I would love to see those fights happen.

    Here are my disagreements:
Ward beats Sillakh. UD or late TKO.
Maidana is too big for Rios to take out. If anybody gets dropped, it's Rios.
JMM and Morales put on a good show, but JMM wins a clear decision.

Gamboa-Donaire is my current number 1 dream fight, and I hope it happens in the next year or so. It's basically a guaranteed FOTY candidate.

Maidana-Rios will also happen eventually I think, another amazing action packed slugfest. Don't know who wins it.

Only going to comment on the bouts where I know both fighters well enough to feel fully ualified to make a prediction.

Most likely, although I think there's a pretty decent chance of excitement in the bout if they start exchanging.

    Agree.

Probably. Against such a bigger opponent Gambo would be wise to use his speed, but Rios may well be too big and too strong for him. Maybe if he could carry his speed up, he could box smart to a decision, but I think the smarter move is usually favoring the big man.

It would probably depend most where the bout is fought; at mid range Maidana should have the advantage, at close range it's Rios who has the edge.

Could go either way. Right now it's hard to imagine Maidana getting KO'd except to the body, we'd also have to see how Rios reacts to Maidana's power.

I'd give the edge to Maidana myself.

At this stage of their careers I think Marquez dominates Morales, but it would probably be a fun match.

Khan by decision is the most likely outcome, but Khan has a major weakness when it comes to fighting inside, and if Bradley can get and keep the fight there it would be a very, very rough night for Khan.

There's a chance Khan will just outspeed Bradley to an easier than expected win, but Bradley did deal well with Alexander's speed. Alexander doesn't have Khan's firepower or activity though.

    Agreed.

    No. Ward by decision.
