wow you seem to know everything but yet you don't know why PACMAN should get more money then jmm? well maybe cause he ist he Draw not JMM. MExicans pay to watch pacman lose! and filipinos pay to support him and boxing fans in general like his style so they pay to watch him.

Look at jmm fights without Marco and pacquiao.


his last fight he fought in a freaking highschool gym looking place with only a few people.

So tell me does that guy deserves 8 million dollars like pacquiao I mean he has a belt and he fought in a small venue so I guess promoters will just give jmm big money because he has a belt, so they can go bankrupt lol.

 

I meant after the first fight. Pac had only beaten MAB. JMM while he hadnt done much significant things before that fight he held the WBA and IBF strap and gave the new sensation all he could handle. He kept his titles with the draw so if hes gonna risk them again why not get more than the challenger who hadnt accomplished more than JMM had??
JMM has just been badly promoted. I guess its too bad he didnt make his name by fighting Morales and Barrera 5 times while they were past their primes. Well other than the first Barrera fight.
Im sure he woulda became the draw there.
Actually JMM now that he has altered his style to be more crowd pleasing should start becoming a draw.
You mention the Rocky Juarez fight come on man. Juarez was a substitute and a shitty one at that. Did you actually expect this fight to be really big???

Who cares about being the draw anyways? As long as you perform and give a good fight everytime its all that matters. JMM has done that recently

I like Pacquiao. But Pac fans make me hate him. He is exciting but they exagerate his accomplishments. I think he did fight a past it Morales. Prime for Prime Morales beats Pac 8 out of 10 times. Prime for Prime Pac beats Barrera 8 out of 10 times. And JMM is boring???? Are you kidding?? You must be one of those boxing fans that only likes brawlers. JMM is a master boxer who has been underrated for years. As a true boxing fan you have to appreciate all styles.

 

Marquez has the tools and ability to take many rounds off Pacquiao again. He'll do well for as long as the fight lasts, hopefully it goes the full 12 rounds. Marquez will probably outpoint Pacquiao over the distance, but his chin might well let him down again. He can't afford to stand and trade heavy leather with Pacquiao for long periods as he'll be playing right into his hands.

 

I agree with morales, plus he is one of my faves I have been a huge fan of el terrible way before pacman even came on the scene.

I like counter punchers but I am refering to why jmm would not get big money! the casual fan wants to see excitement am I not correct? Even the Mexicans didnt care for JMM because they like blood and gut warriors like marco and morales and chavez. That is why the only time they really go to jmm fight is when he fought pacquiao, and marco and they will watch him when he fights pacquiao because they wanna see a mexican beat pacquiao.

 

Why all the hate?..all Flips loves Erik and have predicted him beating PAC prime for Prime. You see Pacs accomplishments and its actually underappreciated how he won all fights at 122 by KO's and fough very good fighters. He fought MAB, JMM, Erik in a years span..who does that??

March 15 will prove who is better between the two..its that simple..No excuses

 

Hey man I like Morales a whole lot but 8 times out of 10 is exagerrated for a fight where everything went perfectly for Morales and he only won 115-113. I also like JMM's style of fighter but I saw John vs JMM and scored it for John and also thought that Barrera gave him a pretty tough fight (though JMM won) in their last bout and knocked JMM down. Prime for Prime I think Morales, Barrera, and Pacquiao are all better than JMM

How many Mexican people do you know?? The reason they didnt "like" JMM is cause nobody knew about him except for hardcore fans. From what i have seen everytime my mexican friends get a chance to watch him they think he is an excellent fighter. The MAB fight most of them were rooting for MAB because they didnt know much about Marquez but after the fight they all accepted JMM and recognized him as a great mexican fighter. I have some of his fights and play them when they come over and they love him. Alot of my friends like him because of his technical ability. You guys just generalize too much .

 

I know plenty! infact JMM was fighting in California most of the time he was fighting at the los angeles forum! but no one really liked him he wasnt a blood and guts finisher he was a brilliant counter puncher he was like a yo yo one of the best counter punchers I have ever seen to be honest.

but his style was passive he timed you and many people dont find that style exciting. They wanna see some leather being thrown back and forth.

and if you say they didnt know jmm? well how come when he fought pacquiao that was his first main event and it was practically sold out? but when he fought other guys besides pacquiao he couldnt sell out a crowd? they knew who he was they just didnt like his style.

Can you name me one instance where Marquez has been hit and was visibly hurt (wobbling) from the punch.

A fighter going down to the canvas does'nt always translate to him being hurt.
....fighters go down from balance shots all the time, it does'nt mean they cant take a shot.
DLH early in his career went down a few times against journeymen no less, so did Felix Trinidad.
....just about all of those knockdowns were from balance shots, and they were up, unhurt and ready to continue.

Tell me Robbi, do you believe that JMM was badly hurt in any of those knockdowns against Pac, or even MAB????


Chin is not a questionmark for either fighter. Both take a good shot!
