sometimes it scares me to think anthony believes what he says. he might not cope with reality if someone wakes him from his dream.

at a catchweight probably not. at 160 he might have a shot with a blown up mayweather.

I doubt even Anthony really thinks he can beat Floyd...

he's just playin on his high media profile in Australia and the fact that the general popullation here doesn't follow boxing.

Much the same as most of u are wondering who is Anthony Mundine most Aussies would be thinkin who is Floyd Mayweather.. and when they read his name in the newspapers its only coz its been mentioned in an article where Anthony is talkin about how he's the greatest and he will soon go over to the states and dominate everyone that they put in front of him.

Anthony will talk himself up highly and say he's doing his best to make the big fights and continue to claim he will beat the best. But then he'll say they ducked him fight another domestic, catch his breath then repeat the whole cycle.

His latest claims are he offered Miguel Cotto $2m to come to Australia and fight but Miguel declined then apparently ducked him when Anthony said he'd fight him in Miguel's back yard for nothing more then the Aussie PPV $$.

I'm not hating on the guy but its such a shame. Anthony was an incredible talent and had all the tools to go a long way in this sport. Looking at his career now, while he has completed more then most people have its still sad to think what he could have been

I was be a huge fan of Anthony when he was puttin his ability to the best use possible and I will be cheering loud for him if he ever does make good on his claims of fighting the best!! but im not gettin my hopes up

C'mon man you must know Mundine from his legendary trilogy against, uh, Sam Soliman. He also beat the man who beat the legend which must make him a man-legend at least. Other noteworthy achievements include losing a close battle to Manny Siaca and being KO'd by heavy hitters Sven Ottke and Garth Woods
