:deal Your right and it's there for him Walsh is open to body shots on the inside at times.

Two cracking domestic fights on Friday and Saturday night :happy.

Appleby of old loved the bodywork........

I think this time out we will see a more rounded puncher.

Gutted I cant make it to this one but im glad he's went with Billy, no disrespect to Pauls last trainer but I dont think he was right for him. Paul sometimes needs someone to tell him to get the finger out and train properly and Billy certainly wont stand foe anything less than 110%

I remember picking Paul and his dad up to take him to the Laryea fight in my landrover coz the snow in his area was shocking and definitely must have affected his roadwork. Wish him all the best from me billy

pauls head seems to be in the right place this time , paul was fantastic when he first turned pro, then things happened and boxing wasnt top of his list so now hopefully it is his number one priority . cant wait for friday night and to hear the words And The New Commonwealth Champion .

Nah dont go for the "needs someone to motivate him and tell him to get the finger out" stuff, the fighter should be able to do that himself. Paul was always a good fighter, just needed a little bit of head movement, I expect him to win, all the best PA
