Great stuff with Darren Barker over in Atlantic City and Jamie Moore getting put though his paces in Wales but the piece with Tres Dixon and Rob Smith was really interesting, is this the way Sky, the BBBofC and Boxing News want to go with the problem of multiple world champs?

Seems to me they were attempting to get some sort of general policy "out there" to gauge the public response.

    was quite good.

Rob Smith has started the ball rolling ****ing off the WBU & WBF. Did i hear Tris say he might not acknowledge them in boxing news, that'll be a step in the right direction

Dixons is right in that his hands are tied in that Boxing News is a paper of record. People might search their archives in 50 years time wanting to know whether a fight was for a WBU title or not, they have to report it IMHO.

    Good show.

Moore got put through his paces big time by the looks of things. But it was also good to see a trainer using some modern methods (Ropes).

Hearn seemed on point when he was with De Bella.

    Tris made some valid points.

Lost all respect for ringside tonight. They described Vince Cleverley as a good trainer

I like the history side of the sport (and history in general) so, if they are going to be regarded as a decent research resource in years to come, then they at least have to mention the titles IMHO.

I thought it was great even though my sky ****ed up and I missed the Jamie Moore bit.
You can call me Miles (Behind) but I thought NFL Nick Halling was pretty good. If he's been discussed here before then apologies, whats his boxing background? Sounded good to me and as an all round sports fan liked him anyway (albeint wierd that an English bloke talks yankie)

I can see both sides LP. Facts need to be recorded but maybe the BS titles would go away if they were ignored.....I just plump down on the side of recording the facts. I totally understand the other side to the argument mate.
