I think it will happen and will be the a real test for pbf.

But martinez by late ko. To much power.

Who you got and how does it play out

Never at 147 martinez will come in like a beast

Its a 50/50 fight we will really find out how great each fighter is!

I think Money takes it in a split decision

I think if Mayweather ever fights Martinez which is a possibilty than he will most likely fight him at Middleweight, this fight would not be at 150 or 154 Mayweather rarely fights at a catch weight. So to answer your question if the fight was at Junior Middleweight I would take Mayweather in a good technical sound fight, but at 160 I would probably lean more towards Martinez in a close match; but Mayweather has all the tools and experience necessary to beat Martinez.

Money in a SD... too quick and accurate for Sergio's wild, winging punches. It should be a tough one, though.

Martinez will be terribly drained at 150. Also, his balance is terrible. Mayweather will exploit it all night long.

    Mayweather.

He is faster, more agile, and more accurate and has more punching power than some think. Martinez keeps is hands down and has been hit and rocked by very inaccurate (although stronger) fighters. Imo Martinez is very good and has most likely the best chance to beat as he unlike most other fighters has a 3 inch reach advantage over mayweather and we've seen Floyd struggle (although only slightly) against Soutpaws. Floyd would counter sergio's lunging and wide lefts and his ugly right jab all day. Floyds lunging left hooks would hurt Sergio if he does infact keep his guard down. If he puts them up he ruins his rythim and May would just jab him to the body until he dropped his guard. I know im making it sound simple and it is not cuz being in there with a man trying to punch you is very difficult but its not for Floyd and thats why he outboxes or destrotys every fighter he fights. Martinez would have to get floyd on the ropes and Maritnez is not known for cutting of the ring and Floyd is really good on the ropes defending himself.

Mayweather by UD or late tko stoppage. Martinez is a very good boxer and would give Floyd (and fans) a great fight but ultimately Mayweather wins. He is on a another level than him and well anyone else in the game right now.

Why do people think Mayweather will actually fight Martinez? Martinez isn't a household name and he's arguably more dangerous than Pacquiao. The only fighter I see Mayweather facing in the next year or so is Khan. He's a Goldengirl fighter and he has a big UK fanbase like Hatton did. Mayweather will not fight Pacquiao, Martinez or any other fight that has a serious chance of beating him.

it should happen at 154, if so then i got Sexy Sergio by UD or late KO

i don't know how safely SS could make 150, if he's drained then Floyd by UD, if he makes it comfortably then I got SS by UD...
