Tito was a great body puncher, underrated now I see. And tito had a good jab...

The major problem with tito was that he had to be set to punch. He has to has his feet planted to throw his power shots. keep him moving, off balance, or out of setting his feet, he will have trouble all night.

 

Pac is no where near sound enough of a boxer to put a plan like that in action. He would do the same thing he does in every fight and it would either work or not work.

 

Trinidad wins by decapitation.

 

Ol' ass, flat-footed southpaw Whitaker gave prime Tito a decent enough scrap. I might have Pacquiao-Trinidad at welterweight even money (lb 4 lb, it's another story, of course).

 

Trinidad was at his best at welterweight. He was a boxer-puncher, had a great jab, and was one of the best body punchers ever. It wasnt until he moved up to 154 that he fell in love with his power. Thats when he lived and died with the left hook.

 

pac has no defense.. Trinidad is not cotto. Trinidad is tall and has the reach advantage. Has true one punch ko power in both hands.. Trinidad gets knocked down bc of his stance not from having a bad chin. He is the only fighter that would get the best of pac in an exchange. Pac can't guard his head and body.. If he guards one he neglects the other. Prime odh was not who pacqiuoa fought no matter what *******s say. Odh beat tito with the jab and from a distance. Pac has a bs jab and you need a jab to beat tito or you need to be physically stronger. Tito keeps his power though the fight. Tito would drop pac with a body shot when he has him going back. If pac manages to keep his guts he will no doubt cover up the body exposing his head. Tito by ko mid rounds.

trinidad is 6 foot with a jab.. He can afford to not have a good defense against a guy as sloppy and open as pac. Would like to see pac clap his gloves together after eating a right cross from tito...

 

I disagree. I didn't pick a winner because I can't but I don't think Tito could afford to have a poor defense against Pac. Pac is very fast & hits hard & hits a lot. Pacquiao can also take a punch surprisingly well. He dealt with Cotto, Mosley & Marg.

 

he dealt with an old mosley who had no confidence and did not even throw heat. Cotto is a one handed fighter who's power is not even close to tito. Margarito and tito should not be mentioned in the same sentence. Margarito was a weight drained punching bag that had obvious trouble making 147 before and after the Mosley fight. We are talking a prime tito. Combination punching with speed and no room for error if your the other guy. Pac would get destroyed from every distance.. Close, mid range, and far.. Tito will find him early just like everyone else pac has fought.

 

Tito's the safe bet but I wouldn't count out Pac.
