    floyd is the best in the world...but simply doesnt want to fight anyone else that shares the title with him...or is right behind him.....unless ortiz was one of the best in the world....

    No. Floyd himself by refusing to fight the current version of Pacquiao is conceding he thinks he can't beat him, whether Pac is really on PEDs or not. Pac is #1. Has been for the past 4 years, almost double the time Mayweather was on top.

    Victor Ortiz was always tailor-made to make Floyd look good. Floyd did what he had to do. Let's see him look that good against the #1 or #2 P4P fighters in the world, who he could easily make a fight with if he really wanted.
