I only ask because these last few years everything Roach seems to touch turns to gold. I dont think Khan would be calling out Mayweather unless Roch gave him the nod and i feel Roach wouldnt give him the nod unless he really believed he could beat him.

And im also wondering (yes i dislike Mayweather) if Roach has given Khan his blessing would this put Mayweather off as Mayweather only seems to get in the ring if the fights a sure thing for him to win.

And so just the fact Roach has let Khan go for Floyd is enough reason for Floyd to pass on this fight, because in my opinion hes a real cherry picker.

Trained an old rusty De La Hoya to give Floyd on of his toughest fights. Granted, fishnets made sure he had all the advantages, it was the fight Floyd looked the worst in since moving up from lightweight.

yeah and roach had a good game plan until ODLH mysteriously stopped jabbing or stopped boxing and decided to collect an easy gazillion dollars.

if khan keeps improving and starts fighting more intelligently then mayweather will start accusing him of taking peds. then he'll come up with other excuses once khan agree's to take the test.

it's exactly how you stated. roach is a good tactician and if he has the right fighter he could come up with the tactics to beat mayweather. mayweather won't have anything to do with it!

Roach also trained ****** Jukko to face Floyd but Roach wasn't able to be there on actual fight night but he provided the game plan and Jukko got his ass destroyed.

Oscar had one of the best jabs in the game with or without roach..whatever he did to win the mere two rnds he won, was done by Oscar on his own

If De La Hoya was rusty then what the hell was he when he fought the man in your avatar?

Mayweather's ring boxing brain is far superior to that of the fast fading Roach whose greatest successes have been with fast, come forward, defensively challenged fighters and a roided James Toney.

Roach couldn't do anything with tyson or De La Hoya. His training prowess is all smoke and mirrors.

Works both ways - see how a simple edit appied to your post relates it just as easily to the 'fight' between Oscar and Manny:
