alright if a fighter who is tall n has a long jab reach n his fighting style is to use his hight then i doubt that they would get beat from a fighter with a short hight its highely unlikly u can put them in a brawl or out fight them but u cant out box them!

Height and reach means f-all if you don't know how to use it. Watch some Nicolino Locche fights. He's a short-arse, balding Argentinean who would fight many taller opponents and make them look stupid with subtle moves. Their height and reach was rendered useless when Locche started making them miss.
Another thread made me come up with this - what has been Sultan Ibragimov doing against all these taller opponents like Lance Whitaker, Ray Austin, Shannon Briggs? I wouldn't be surprised if Chris Byrd and Eddie Chambers have not been doing the same thing...

Ibragimov potshots now, under Mayweather that's what he's been doing. He did that against Holyfield, he'll most likely try that against Klitschko as well. I guess it was effective against Holyfield but Klitschko is a whole different animal.
