The first thing that pop into my head was duran but I forgot about langford and he is from my home province . . .lol. Sam may be the GOAT so its gotta be him!
Langford was born in Canada but i believe raised and learned to fight in the US. Duran is clearly the best Non US figher of all time.
I still think Darcy had that potential still, but I do recognise many fighters as claimants to this particular honour..... death at 21 put a serious dent in Darcy's record,.. at the rate he was going, he'd have had 100 fights by age 25,..... he was great,... and would have exceeded that if he'd have lived.... how great is the question, not "if" he was great.
