850k should be a good number if not for the hype and predictions before the fight. i expect nothing lower than 1M myself as i thought floyd did a tremendous job hyping ortiz and the fight. no matter how hard they try to pull away from pac.. floyd's numbers do not really dwarf pac's. considering pac is not an american, does not speak good english, and does not resort to much pre-fight hype and theatrics, pac does good.

He tweeted that one of his sources said 850k while others say a million plus. Typical of some here to take one piece of information and make a 3 day thread when Kim himself actually said HE believes the total is a million +++

 

How is Mayweather making more money better for the sport?

How is Mayweather outselling Pacqiao good for the sport, when all floyd will do when it comes to negotiation time is say i want 60/40 and the fight won't have a chance of getting made.

I'd say the less Floyd sells the more likely May-Pac will happen, and what could be better for the sport than those two finally going head to head?

These numbers are all about ammunition for Floyd's annoying bragging and nothing more.
