oh i agree man....i agree mccall has something wrong...thats was just crazy...to me, it would make me go for broke..dont know what was in his head...but my point was...people only see quitting as no heart..and thats why they throw it around...the bottom line is, mccall refused to fight and quit...but he is not a coward, so its never said..people hate morales or cotto and wait until they finally take a beating and doesnt matter if blood is running out of every hole in the head...cotto is a quitter to them because he has no heart...those same people wont say that about haye...he refused to fight...he didnt have the heart to even engage...but they make excuses because its wlads fault...cotto engages in war, beat to holy hell and has no heart.. they dont realize they contradict themself over and over
is a "quitter" the same as "no heart" or is it looked at by someone who is also a coward that dont want anymore punishment? would love to know what quitter means
Your observation only strenghthens my point. Mentally Morales was there, physically he did'nt have the strenghth to hold off and much less make a stand against Pacquiao. Morales was bone dry both those last two Pacquiao fights. He really should'nt have been attempting to make 130 lbs against anyone, much less an explosive force like Pacquiao. The ease in which Pacquiao's blitz would just go right through Morales......Morales knew that physically, there was'nt much he could do to hold off Pacquiao. Morales is 100% WARRIOR. I know it must have pained in something terrible to make the decision he did to stay down. I must be one of the few here that respects Morales more for staying seated on the canvas while he was still mentally aware and fine. There is only one thing that could have happened to Morales if he got up for more that 3rd fight with Pacquiao. He'd have gotten badly hurt. Thank God Morales thought about someone other than himself when he was sitting on the canvas and being counted out.
I have alot of respect for morales but he didnt want to get up! He had enough of the pac monster :deal
Erik looked at his father and nodded as if to say "Im done". Kinda sad, I was suprised when I watched this live!
You are trying to say you don't go to your usual one-klilometer long dumb, empty post using one kilometer posts?
He didn't quit *******! He got knocked out in that fight. He couldn't get up before the ref. making a count to 10.
Yeah, good post. Erik would have got smashed up if he got up, but that doesn't change the fact that he could have gotten up. He made a conscious decision not to. That was the only point I made.
morales in that 3 rounds shot all his bullets......let's just say he wanted to live so he could fight again on another day.
the problem is lots of Pac haters refused to give Pacman the credit for beating up Morales and only point to their 1st fight... While what morales did was not disgraceful he did Quit against the better fighter.
