I think Gomez (who hasnt officially signed to fight Cotto) would be a great pick for a tune up fight....or Vivian Harris! Or Demetrius Hopkins!

    Then Floyd Jr.

    Then Pacman or JCC jr

    then retire!

As a side note this really goes to show how disconnected Dan Rafael is. ESPN could have 100 guys better than him...he's a complete tool who just today in a chat made a questioner feel stupid for asking if DLH would still be fighting in May saying there was no way.

If you're a boxing fan and don't have HBO well then you aren't a boxing fan afterall.

If he really wanted to give boxing fans what they want he'd give us Mayweather-Cotto

No opponent has been selected for the May fight, but names under discussion include three junior welterweights, all of whom would give up considerable size to De La Hoya in a bout that would likely take place at about 150 pounds:

When Berto was looking for an opponent for next month, HBO wouldn't approve Salita, and Forbes turned it down because he felt 147 was too big for him. I think Paulie is the least attractive for Oscar in this fight, so it'll be interesting to see if Oscar's fame and dollars make HBO or Forbes do a 180.

All you guys have been in here talking crap but ALL of you will watch this so shut up.

I think Mayorga....Forrest....Judah....all should be options.

out of these 3 Paulie would be the only one to trash talk and call Goldie out on those tranny pics.

so let's hope it's DLH vs Malinaggi in May :good

If Delahoya can make 147 he could fight Cintron for the IBF.

Otherwise expect the Chavez Jr fight to materialise because there isnt any super easy titles at 154. Maybe he'll mistakedly think Dzinzeruk is an easy fight and take that 1
