Pac still beats him. I think Martinez might have hands as fast as Pac, but he doesn't have the footspeed and explosiveness of Pacquiao. He can't close or create a gap as fast as Pac.

Also, who is the smartest fight Martinez has fought? Pac will outsmart him on top of imposing many of his physical gifts.
