What's your opinions on Andre Dirrel?

quality fighter.hope that his neurological problems were fictitious,as going into the ring with any question mark about his mental health could prove to have disastrous consequences for him down the line...

 

what he needs is a dam good hypnotherapist, for real, like tyson had low confidence and cus damoto gradually built his self esteem and confidence, he needs help from outside the ring, better than ward imo

 

Great talent. I think he got thrown in a little too deep too quick though for his mental makeup. I think he is one of those, "Everything is fine as long as I am winning." type of guys who needs a little more time to mature into a fighter's mentality. He will be back and will make a splash.

Look out for his brother too.

 

Imo he is the Most talented fighter from middleweight till heavy since roy jones, but man he has a **** personality, zero character and no mentality

 

I'm one of those people who really admired his talent and skills after watching his fight with Abraham. It's a shame that he lost a lot of fans and credibilty after that stunt he pulled.
I don't think he can beat Ward to be honest. Still looking forward to see his next fight.

 

A lot of people are talking like his career is over...he is still fairly young, I think he's 27 and could still be improving....he will take 1 or 2 tune up fights and then I could see dirrell taking butes title

 

When you quit and avoid fighting your mandatory opponent in a tournament and then make up a fake excuse and a fake doctor your career is over with.:rofl

 

Abraham shot was OBVIOUSLY faked he took harder shots prior in the match.

I kinda think of him as a SMW version of Zab Judah, immensly talented but a bit of a headcase with a tendancy to quit when the going gets rough.
Bit early to say for sure but hes been lying his ass off getting out of the super six and then ducking Ward.

 

You definitely dont get a pass for that one and you will definitely not get a big money fight after pulling some **** like that.You want to make up for what happened int he tournament??Fight ward and youll be forgiven.Till then, **** off dirrell.

 

He needs to get back in the picture soon, he has been away from the world scene for too long. Not sure how far he can go through, for me there are question marks over his mental strengh.

I will only watch one of his fights if i know he got knocked the **** out in a brutal manner.

he lost to Froch clearly in my eyes but in the rounds he won he displayed the ability he could have won

he won the rounds he stood his ground and traded and could hurt Froch

but lost the rounds cause he got out fought held ran away and didnt punch enough

vs Abraham he was on his way to a big win and something happened

i dont know if he layed down or if he was really out....i flip flop repeatedly every time i see the vid
