face off for Hopkins/Dawson?

    I don't remember there being one. It seems that this fight would have more hype behind it than r11 irons has.

    I just don't get HBO. This is a significant fight and on PPV. Why do they not even care to do ANY type of promotion?

    HBO knows this PPV is going to do trash numbers, hell they wanted to stick it on WCB but ran out of cash for the year by the time the fight was agreed upon.

    Sounds about right. I guess they figured the promotional costs wouldn't justify the return.

    Really looking forward to the fight, but Dawson is hardly a big draw and neither is Bernard on his own truth be known (at least not for a boxer of his huge status).

    I guess they just didn't see it as a big enough match up numbers wise. Shame really.
