Holyfield can take the punch, Haye cannot live with Holyfield in his face. Stoppage win for Holyfield.

Holyfield chases a defensive Haye around for 6 or 7 rounds, battering him with accurate shots, scores a few KDs and overwhelms him sometime before the 8th or 9th round.

Haye, having boasted of being a superstar fighter and a killer puncher before the fight, blames his lame performance on a sore left nipple.
A few months later he announces his retirement, and hopefully that's the last we see of him.

    Holyfield would take him apart

Haye would be fighting off the back foot once he realises Holyfield is going nowhere.

Evander would break him down and take him out inside 8 rounds.

Evander within 3 rounds. Too accurate, too tough, too varied. Haye can't outbox, can't outfight him, and as his power is pretty overrated and his finishing ability horrid, he can't knock him out.

Even young Evander blitzes him, completely different calibre of fighter.

Evander gets rocked a few times, but his pressure eventually forces Haye into "run for his life" mode.

Holyfield is technically too good and has far too much workrate for Haye. Haye would look to use his jab and counter punch and his speed gives him some success. Holyfield applies very good technical pressure and makes Haye pay for his low hands and lack of in fighting ability
