    1. Julio C. Chavez Sr.
    2. Tommy Hearns
    3. Jorge Foreman
    4. Rocky Marciano
    5. Manny Pacquiao

Why are they brawlers? They have power to knock people out. Simple as that.

    1. Harry Greb - - "The Pittsburgh Windmill" may never be surpassed as a brawler... he is in a class by himself
    2. Jake LaMotta - - "The Raging Bull"
    3. "Two-Ton" Tony Galento - - Dispensing beat-downs both inside and outside of the ring
    4. Roberto Duran - - His prototype mauling is what he did to Ken Buchanan
    5. David Haye - - A throwback HW warriour who meets all comers "any time and anywhere". Known for freqquent fights, high punch output and cleaning out the modern-day HW division

You don't know what a brawler is.

A brawler is a come-forward pressure fighter who will take two shots to throw one. They are not slick, but blood and guts warriors. The fighters you have mentioned certainly know how to brawl but they have too many other facets to their game to be solely described as a brawler.

Duran is the ATG brawler. Other more recent ones would include Micky Ward, Ricky Hatton, and Brandon Rios. There's a million more but that's all I can think of off the top of my head.

Duran's NO brawler:bart He's one of the most skilled fighters in history & having a superb defence juxtaposed with psychotic aggression made for the compleate package.

    Hatton & Katsides are brawlers:smoke
