    Dont know if you guys got to seeing this, but here is Bernard in his media workout on tues. Dude is looking sharp, powerful uppercuts.

    not one headbutt or feigned lowblow. looks like he hasn't trained at all

    although he did call that white guy with the camera a 'light skinned scumbag' so still got a few tricks left.
