    none of the pictures accept pacs match rjj's weigh in yesterday in terms of purely being shredded... but there have been a few that come to mind

    Elijiah Tillery or Booker T Word maybe. Jeez Roy is 39 and Trinidad hasn't fought for 2 1/2 years. I guess the difference in age might balance things out.

    Damn Bruno has a good base for bodybuilding! dude should of took that up after he retired...look at the small waist and v taper and he already has massive arms.

    and he is like 6 feet 3.

    God, I love boxing fans!! :lol: Remember Lacy???? :huh Just because a fighter has that impressive "6 pack" doesn't mean **** in the fight game.

    That said, Jones has cherry picked the perfect opponent - an inactive guy, who's shopworn himself, moving up from the lower weight classes. He should knock Tito out. However, I would not be shocked either if Roy gets knocked out himself.

    Well the title of the thread says ripped, and those guys are ripped as hell.
    My english isn't perfect so I didn't knew (now I have a clue) what shredded is/was.

    most fighters are ripped at weigh-ins,but he looks ripped to the point of being emaciated.
