    I didn't. As soon as that happened I knew what **** Borenard was gonna pull. Both Dawson and Hopkins are disgraces to the sport and are your typical American fighters - zero Heart.

    Borenard even had the cheek to say he wanted to continue when it was clear as day on video he would not. Who does this guy think he is fooling?:patsch

    He's a dirty fighter, racist thug and overall disgrace to the sport. He was angling for the DQ, Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles could see it. Good on the ref for seeing through his phony charade.:lol:

    Add Hopkins to the list of American disgraces that includes Judah, Alexander, Bradley, Dirrell, Campbell, Cintron, Ortiz, Shame Mosley etc. What is it with the Americans these days? It seems like they are looking for ways out of fights at every opportunity.:rofl

    I hope he retires now and we never have to see this utterly boring fighter again. Good riddance you joke.:happy

    Under the rules in California when a bout ends for a reason other than a punch within four rounds it should result in a No-Decision (or No-Contest) , Pat Russell (referee) can not award a TKO by the rules of the California State Athletic Commission, The injury (believe it or not), was not due to a punch - Since the injury was caused by a push or a slam whatever you want to call it and not a punch; the decision that was awarded was wrong as it should have been ruled a No-Contest.

    NO CONTEST.

    Disagree if you don't Know **** about Boxing

    When i downloaded the fight it was a small file and i had no idea what had happened at the time. I thought there was a clash of heads but when Hopkins fell i knew it was over.

    As much as the over reaction was shite let's wait till we all 46 years old and fight a guy nearly 20 years younger who is a recognised champ at 175 etc and school them

    Ppl can hate on the act but when they say Hopkins doesn't man up is a hater straight up

    :lol::lol::lol::patsch:patsch:patsch

    It says alot about Hopkin's reputation that as soon as he went down I knew he would refuse to continue.

    His faking vs Calzaghe and Jones Jr was an embarrassment to the sport, but pales into insignificance compared to this absolutely disgraceful episode.:rofl

    I was thinking and after doing some reviewing of his past fights, he knew all the tricks in the book. Its quite possible he made it up to get an easy DQ win over dawson but in no way did I think that he planned that. The opportunity presented itself and maybe as he went down it came across his mind. But who knows, he could be really injured. Nobody knows but him, thats why Hopkins is a master when it comes to ring IQ.

    Many said he deserved it and his tactics bite him back but what about Dawson? He didn't deserve to win a title like that, if he had pride he should relinquish the title despite the win and probably fight Pascal for the vacant title. No way hopkins deserve to get his title back either imo

    If he's too old and gets hurt falling down, he shouldn't be allowed to fight...

  14. American fighters pound for pound have the worst Glass Hearts in the game, and that is a fact.
