    Cunningham vs Hernandez - Headbutt , cut, fight ends early TD6 round
    similar to last year
    Cunningham vs Ross - thumb in eye, cut, fight ends early /4th rd should be no contest (2010)
    Mayweather - Ortiz with his super jump butts
    Dawson-Hopkins... no matter what outcome, fans lose big time
    Hoyfield-Williams- headbutt/cut, most think holyfield quit , cut was not bad
    Bradley-Alexander - alexander quits over a cut that wasnt bad..
    gamboa-deleon ends on cut/headbutt

    Bradley opting to be stripped rather than fight Khan
    pac-mayweather, another year another non fight (be patient right?)
    Kessler cut postpones fight
    ward cut postpones super 6 final

    you would think that having more belts, more champions, for chances for fights against each other :huh but no..aint gonna happen :nono

    Pacman, the pound for pound best in the world- fights a guy with 2 wins in 5 fights and 39 years old..and now he is 40...so he was an old 39 to boot.

    I feel like there's always good match-ups going on that only the fans watch...and then the big fights everyone sees just **** everything up for us.

    all of this is very sad and a huge reason the casual fan is turned off by boxing...

    i don't recognize belts, Sexy Sergio is the champ, all others are contenders...

    yep.. never fails. I'm trying to get as many people as possible to watch pac-marquez III, because I fail to see an way (barring a clash of heads, etc) that one would fail to entertain.

    Don't forget Wlad vs Haye. This fight was hugely promoted in most European countries - it was even on primetime free TV in The Netherlands, where boxing is nothing. And after the fight, people were reminded why they don't like boxing.:-(

    2008 and 2009 were fantastic years for boxing, 2010 was **** (a few exceptions aside) and 2011 is better but the big fights seem to flop more often than not..

    we've also had the abner mares-joseph agbeko low blow controvesy, in the final of the bantamweight tournament.
    also many fights in england being stopped far too early in favour of the english fighter.

    yeah, to be honest, I don't think I've ever been as upset watching a pro bout live as I was by that. just shocking.

    Boxing is a lot more enjoyable if you just ignore who holds a title and watch the fights.

    i agree...but when the fighters use belts and mandatories as reasons to not fight the best in their own division, its hard to not see it, point it out and know the fight you are watching could be better...becasue even though the "champ" might be fighting the number 1 contender he is still the 10th best fighter at that weight...
