You should re-post this again in another year or so Moorser, it'll be interesting to see what people have to say then. At the moment I'd have to say that Frankie Gavin was the best amateur traveller. This could well change after London 2012. Right now I'd say Tyson Fury is the best/ most succesful pro traveller but I reckon Andy Lee will over take him over the next 12 months.
Nice one for clearing that up Frankie lad, just heard it on a few websites before and you do have that traveller look in all fairness !!!:deal
I think my dad was but don't have nothing to do with him as prob met him once in 23 yes Martin power is my second cousin
Powers a traveler, good fighter as well, theres a lot of travelers in boxing, at all levels, John 'Odonnells a traveler, nothing wrong with that, when i go to a show, im looking to see a good fight and a good fighter is a good fighter, goodluck to them all , many travelers are very good boxers.
Cheers for clearing it up. I was surprised when I heard it first but I only heard the other week that there was a small family of traveller Gavin's in the midlands so I guessed it may have been true.
I think Bernie Ward was one of the best travellers he won all Ireland titles. I like Saunders he going to be top rated boxer.
