If the fight is in Mexico City it might be Margarito. Something tells me it just might. That or JCC Jr. I think Margarito though, but definately a Mexican with an established fanbase. It's great of Oscar to do the free TV thing. Maybe that's what goldenboy productions will initiate when Goldenboy retires. That would be nice.

Margarito is an opponent for whom I would cheer Oscar on to brutally KTFO his man at the top of my lungs.

A fight against green little Julio doesn't interest me in the least.

when and by whom? he has probably been hurt more in his sparring sessions than he has been in his pro fights. geting hurt to me means being in danger of being stopped not geting a mouse in your eye or catching a hard punch to the jaw. this is boxing so you are going to get hit but i have never seen oscar in a position where i thought " oh ****, oscar is about to go down". that in itself is quite remarkable given the list of men that have gotten a chance at him.

I saw how Malignaggi was stunned by right hands and systematically closing the distance against Ngoudjo ( 7th round) and the Forbes-Bojado fight so I may not believe in these rumours - they make no sense at all... Those fighters are not going to sell themselves like prostitutes or manwhores for Oscar and 4 his legacy requirements... Seems to me that if Team Mayweather and the WBC Commission are about to give the green light only for that September date, Oscar simply doesn't face anybody in May and may come with an excuse such as a late injury or weight problems at that early point... Trust me.

Guaranteed that he is not gonna be fighting Margarito , that is a risk too high for a warmup , it will probably be Malignaggi , some1 he can beat but has a name , so people will think he has recaptured his prime or somrthing. Just what he did by fighting Mayorga. The snake

I'd love to see Hoya kick the ever loving **** out of Malignaggi.

He will, then everyones gonna think DLH can beat Mayweather and he wont . Snake tactics to make people think he can still do it at the top level. I dont dislike DLH , just the way i see it
