He thinks once he is back in the ring he can fight his way to the top, taking on current world champions Vitali and Wladimir Klitschko. This content is protected
For gods sake not again any promoter or tv company that touch this bum need there head testing .if you go swimming you get wet ,if you box your going to get hit ,which he is petrified of it's like Michael phelps being scared of water . Stick to ballroom dancing fraudley.
The sad thing is all that I could see him getting another title shot. All it would is a run of wins (a la Chris Arreola) and then one half decent win (vacant European, Tyson Fury, Chisora etc.) and he would probably get a world title shot because the world scene at Heavyweight is just horrific.
If you accept that David Haye's retired, Harrison is probably the best-known British heavyweight. He could carry on getting fights and playing the panto villain for years.
Tbf, I don't blame him. He has a half decent shot at getting in with one of the Klits, especially since who they've been/are fighting. They have no one left and if Audley can secure another payday for himself, then I don't blame him for it.
Seriously don't know where the hatred comes for Audley Harrison. He is a person of positivity, with talent and ability and dramatic flaws. Which make his story compelling, he's not a twat to anyone or overly arrogant. For me personally he's just a guy who followers his goals until the bitter end, and follow's his own confidants to the edges of any mountain cliff. If he wants to fight again, i will support him. He is a inspiration, a school drop out, youth offender, decided to re-educate himself, get a University degree, took up boxing late! with the soul ambition to become Olympic Champion, after over half a decade! and in 1998 when he become commonwealth champion, people where saying back then he was too old to become Olympic Champion. It took him a decade! a decade he followed his goal until it happened in 2000 Sydney Olympics! As a professional, he set the bar high, but has never reached that goal! but along the way he has achieved small goals! but not his ultimate. From nothing to a Multi-Millionaire, and successful business man. I know he is not the greatest heavyweight, and i know it will be a mighty up hill battle to even get back in the picture. But i admire his positivity, and drive! it kind of inspires people in worst circumstances to drive on. I partly follow his moves, because YES they do make me laugh. But at the same time, he has been a character, and i want to watch these end credits. Look how fit his dance partner looks in this video. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gqClhEfV0WM[/ame]
