I'm sure aus-boxing has it right in his 20th Oct post that opens this thread that Columban vs Amonsot has been cancelled in favour of Columban vs Vasseel.

But BoxRec still have Sam listed to fight twice, in 2 different countries, 6 days apart:

12th Nov 2011 vs Denton Vassell in the UK for Commonwealth Title.
18th Nov 2011 vs Czar Amonsot in Melbourne for WBO Africa & Oriental Titles.

...and even as recent as yesterday the Subu press still think Amonsot is fighting Columban:

Amonsot keeps on fighting in Australia

    by Edri K. Aznar - Sun Star Subu - 23rd Oct 2011

DESPITE the risk of a brain injury, former ALA Gym mainstay Czar Amonsot continues to fight in the brutal sport of boxing and will be challenging for two regional titles in Australia.

Amonsot, 26, will be challenging for the World Boxing Organization (WBO) Oriental and WBO Africa welterweight crowns against Australia-based African Samuel Colomban on Nov. 18 at the Melbourne Pavilion in Victoria, Australia.

The 26-year-old Columban would be a huge test for Amonsot because he has an impressive record of 20-3 with 10 knockouts and holds a victory over former world champion Philip Holiday.

Amonsot, on the other hand, has a 22-3-1 record with 12 knockouts and is the current WBO Asia-Pacific lightweight champion.

Amonsot was sidelined in the final half 2007 and all of 2008 due to a blood clot in his brain he sustained during his tough fight with Michael Katsidis.

Amonsot made a comeback in 2009, winning all his three fights. However, he was advised by his handlers ALA Promotions to hang up his gloves. Amonsot refused to follow ALA PromotionsÂ’ advice and went to Australia to continue his life as a pugilist.
