Sure ok, Mayweather would also destroy Pacquiao's opposition more impresively.

Pac is going to destroy most of who Floyd fought because of his style. He's aggressive for the most part while Floyd is the opposite.

Same thing could have been said before the Mosley fight. Mosley would have beaten almost every Mayweather opponent up to that point.

    Didnt do him much good.

The fact that at that stage in both Men's respective careers Pac would have been more than a willing customer to exchange with Deigo in close quarters, there would been no need for a jab and subsequent power shot set up. The discipline Pac shows us now is far from the man he was years ago. He would have been facing a taller, stronger, more powerful and dare I say more relentless fighter.

Look, I'm in no agreement with the thread starter, but Corrales? Please
Have you seen Pacquiao-Morales III? Forget Morales, just watch how Pacquiao
moved there and you'll get the idea how the Pacquiao-Corrales @ 130 would look like.

And btw, you think Corrales is more relentless than Margarito?

Corrales and Margarito had about the same desire to win but pnd for pnd Corrales had more one shot power and Margo the harder whiskers. That being said I'm in no way comparing Deigo's skill set to Morales but because Deigo was a larger and easier target Pac would have obliged in war which is never a good thing with a man with that kind of power.

The only thing Corrales has against Pacquiao is a puncher's chance he has to KO him in which I don't see happening. Corrales is too easy to get hit and Pacquiao is too good to get hit by his punches (I'm basing it on the 3rd Morales fight cause that's where Pacquiao fought best in 130). The only thing I see in this fight is Corrales repeatedly getting knocked down the same way both Marquez and Morales suffered against him in just a round. I don't see Corrales giving that type of war you mentioned. The worse is, Pacquiao looking good against him in a ROTY performance. Like what I've earlier, the only thing Corrales has is no more than a puncher's chance (w/c he always had even against Mayweather) if and only if Pacquiao commits significant errors in which I don't see happening basing on the Morales III fight.

PacMan would have abused glass-jawed Corales.Thats a fight that wouldnt last 6 rounds.
