Good list. Some action packed fighters right there. Tito, Norris, Chavez, Bowe, Tyson, Pryor would certainly inject some excitement back into Boxing.
Mike Tyson Thomas Hearns Marvin Hagler Roberto Duran Jose Napoles Felix Trinidad Prince Hamed Aaron Pryor Salvador Sanchez Floyd Patterson (at 175/cruiser)
Yeah Hearns, Hamed and Sanchez would be a good additions. Nelson would also make it interesting. This would make a good list imo.. Thomas Hearns Prince Hamed Felix Trinidad Salvador Sanchez Aaron Pryor Terry Norris Tyson Julio Cesar Chavez Riddick Bowe Azumah Nelson Qawi
SRR RJJ Prime Nigel Benn Prime Chris Eubank Prime ALi Holyfield Pime Tyson Prime LL Prime Comacho Prime Whitaker Prime Barrera Prime Morales Prime Duran Pime Hagler Prime Hearns Prime Willie Pep Prime Jake Lamotta Prime Joe Louis Prime
Ali, Foreman, Frazier, Lewis, Tyson, Bowe, Liston, Shavers, Sanders, Lyle That would make a decently competitive heavy weight division, who cares about any other division in pro boxing lol.
DLH 1998- A visible megastar who would fight anyone. Duran 1978-1980 Great fights to be made everywhere from 135-160. SRL 1979-1981- See DLH. Pryor 1982-1984 Just to see a showdown with Pac at 140. JCC 1987-1990 Would have a bunch of interesting fights from 135-140. Tyson 1986-1988 The Heavyweight division needs something exciting. Monzon 1970s- Would make for some interesting fights, his personal life would also be ready made for today's close, obsessive media culture. Mayorga 2003- because he was a beast back then, and he would be able to promote the hell out of fights at 147 in today's 24/7 culture. Ali 1960s- Would be even bigger today than he was then in terms of celebrity and visibility, which would be enormously helpful for the sport. RJJ 1990s- 168-175 present interesting match ups.
