(30 sec burpees/30 sec punchouts. start with 3x2min rds, working toward 4x3min rds.)

(anything to hook you up my dude)

  6. 20 seconds is a little short and I hope you are punching in between bursts. even so, this would only be 1 part of your workout.

Put around 3 minute rounds on w/ 30 second intervals, throw 1,2 at the bag as soon as you touch the bag bring it back fast as you can with best possible form, at the beep just throw any combo's that you want, and keep switching back and forth until the round is over. Do this for any amount of rounds you want try to go for around 6 at first.

This is a workout I love. Put it on 4 minutes, no intervals. Throw a jab, straight, lead hand hook, then hook to the body with your strong hand, then hook to the body with your lead hand. Follow this up with 10 push ups. AWESOME workout, and really gets you cut up.

    6 x 3's, or 8 x 3's, or 10 x 3's depending upon your stammer, with 30 second rests.

Box it like an opponent. Above 50 punches (up to 100) per round depending upon your stamina.

3 minute round, 1 minute between rounds.

Go as hard as you can for three minutes, then do 30 seconds of burpees, tuck jumps, plyo pushups, mountain climbers etc and then rest for 30 seconds.

Nah, the advice was just something that a coach would have newbs do to drill their basic punches, not to develop staminer. You want to go for something that makes you feel like passing out/throwing up, not just something that tires your arms out.
