p4p whos better.. khan or hatton

Well We don't know until khan fights a world class operator like diaz or cassamayor. So I would say hatton.

 

At the moment its got to be hatton by a long way. Khan has more potential i believe but has yet to prove it, when he moves up in class we will see how good he really is.

 

Hatton has wins over guys like Tszyu and Castillo on his resume aswell as world titles in two different divisions. Khan has wins over Graham Earl and Willie Limond and a Commenwealth title. Its a silly comparison.

 

Why make the comparison when Khan as had only 15 fights to hatton 44. It will be a good comparison after khan as finished is career at the moment its irrelevant.

 

p4p comparisons are based on achievement as well as skills....

if you are asking who is more skillful, i'd say khan. if you are asking who is better p4p, its clearly hatton.

Do you think Khan would have withstood more than 10 rounds with a fighter like Mayweather then?

For all Khans skills and ability it was only a couple of fights ago he was floored and hurt by a light hitting super featherweight (no disrespect to Limond).

 

Pound for Pound? We may actually find out next year, when they step into the ring against each other.

 

Skills come in many different ways, just because Ricky doesnt stay on the outside like Mayweather and Malignaggi doesnt meen he hasnt got any! How about his skills on closing the range and working on the inside? It might not be everybodys cup of tea but its pretty damned effective.

I think Khan needs to step up his comp bigtime! Fighting St Clair and the Dane will not prepare you for the elite of the division, i dont care what Khan or Warren say.

 

You damn right. I'm fed up of hearing that so and so is better P4P because he is a better "boxer". Hatton is very skilled and effective at what he does and it shouldn't be held against him that he doesn't have a style like Mayweather or Jones.

hatton is world class operator, khan at the mo is a domestic fringe european contender.

IMO Khan is potentially the better boxer, but until he reaches world level it is just pure speculation. There are to many intangibles we do not know YET
