    wow! just like the morales-mayweather thread, floyd fans have been accusing pacquiao fans of voting for floyd's opponent. so how about the oscar fans or the other fans who thinks oscar ranks higher despite of his loss. just imagine if floyd had taken some of oscar's opposition like hopkins, trinidad and pacquiao and let's see if floyd could have preserved his precious "0".

    And what were Floyds BIGGEST fights that he didn't flop? The floppling that De La Hoya did happens to every boxer that faces the toughest competition out there. At the lower weight classes Floyd did take on Corrales and Castillo but that is about it. Compare Floyd's BIGGEST fights to what you consider ODLH biggest fights and see who had the better opposition.

    Thanks Bernie 4366 but this boxing man will not take lectures about my knowledge of the fight game and especially about ODLH merits against PBF. His so called victories against Quartey and Whittaker are very debatable to say the least. When ODLH fought A grade opposition his performance level dropped. He lost to Trinidad clearly and Mosley full stop

    Okay let's put it this way.

    When Floyd retires lets see how many highly respected boxing/ sports writers list Oscar above Floyd. Guess how many will? Zero!

    ESB is littered with pussies who can't accept reality because they dislike a certain fighter. To suggest Oscar, who lost the majority of his biggest contests, is ahead of Mayweather ATG is ****ing bonkers.

    I travelled to Vegas twice to see De La Hoya, and cheered him on against Mayweather in 2007. Sooner or later you need to accept the facts, with the exception of power, Mayweather is superior in every facet of the game.

    End of!

    PS - You think Trinidad beats Mayweather at 147llbs? If a fighter was created to put Trinidad in a mental home, it is Floyd Mayweather.
