Not a fan of either. Ive given it to Mundine plenty in the past and current btw. Im not going to list them all but what Dannys doing and has done is far worse than anything Mundine has done or is doing.
Good enough credentials for Phil Austin to rubber stamp his participation in an IBO title bout. Oh what, I forgot you don't need any credentials whatsoever to get a shot with the IBO.
Last year the only loss they (tab sportsbet) had on any event that year was the Green Briggs fight. I believe they lost around 40k and they will never forget it. Glen Munsie said at the time that they will never field bets on a Danny Green fight again but of coarse they couldnt help themselves. The thing is that they only put there markets up maybe a day b4 he fights. There odds are pathetic compared to online sites anyway so your better off placing a bet with someone like centrebet who usually offer better odds.
Agree with the comment that Danny has never stopped a genuine cruiserweight, and has only beaten one in BJ Flores. However, this is not a bad fight and if he wins this I will give him credit for it. Haters will hate no matter what....
what makes a belt legit though. Sylvester won that made up belt in the first place right. Fenech's fisrt world title was hardly legit. You can go on all day about this stuff.
I bet on the Tarver fight with sports tab. Do the bookies think this is another Briggs V Green matchup? cant see why, Dannys told them the POLE didnt try kill himself and its all lies, what more could they want The Tab lost alot more than 40k on the Briggs fight btw, closer to 200k. I dont like betting online i prefer to go in and place my bet, to much bullsht betting online, u have to give them bank account details etc, its to intrusive imo. If i can get 2.50 on the POLE with the TAB id be happy, however i am waiting to see if the POLE takes these weight incentives 1st. :good or as Buster would put it, im looking for excuses incase Green wins :nut
I actually think this fight has real potential! If both guts bring it we may well have a bona fide war on our hands! Wlod and Green are fairly evenly matched! They have similar records with some OK wins but neither are obviously P4P material! Both are heavy-handed and capable of taking some punishment! Wlod lacks Tarver's skills and smarts whilst Green will see this as his last roll of the dice! Looking forward to it
