McCloskey easily Gavin has done nothing so far to suggest he is anywhere near Dudey's level

Frankie gets beat fairly comfortable if they fought now, may have his moments. But i could see future Frankie walloping McLosty of now in a couple years, if he keeps his head down in training/diet and keeps beating a steady rise of higher class opponents over 18-24 months. His potential talent far surpasses McLoo imo.

If it happens in Ireland I think McCloskey wins by 5 rounds to 7.

    What?

Gavin is ****..he can't be arsed and he's never going to do anything big in this sport.

He just doesn't have what it takes. No dedication. None

Slightly off-topic. Why is McCloskey's nickname 'Dudey'? Does it have Irish connotations or is it simply the word 'Dude' with the addition of the letter 'y'?

McCloskey wins fairly comfortably now IMO Gavin might win it in a few years when Dudeys reactions have slowed down a lot, but at the moment I cant see Gavin winning this fight...that, plus theyre in different weight divisions. Kell Brook V McCloskey would be a more interesting fight to me.

He's had it since before his balls dropped I believe. Its not a "boxing nickname" per se!

You can make that excuse, doesnt change the fact that Frankie was given trouble by a limited fighter. You could say that McCloskey's style would suit Gavin down to the ground, I dont think so, Mccloskey, even despite his limitations can do a little more than box. And looking at Gaivn recently its certainly no guarantee he would outbox Mccloskey anyways.

thats not to say that I dont rate Frankie, he has plenty of talent and potential, but im only going on what ive seen thus far from him. If Frankie can keep improving, down the line I would probably favour him to beat Paul, in a year or 18 months time.
