Hard and painful plus the dieting is killing the **** out of me- other than that its gr8 I was 12st 8lbs/10lbs when the comeback idea started getting serious now i'm 10st 11lbs and my target weight is 10st 2lbs. I wasn't a fat 12st 8 either... But it will be worth it training with Gomez, Rose, Arnfield and Brodie is frankly what a fanboy like me dreams of. Bobby Rimmer is a cracking bloke and as hard as it is the gym has a brilliant atmosphere and we get each other through it. Thanks mate.
