It's obvious. However I think evidence of a person's character not relating to a crime is inadmissable in court to allow defendants a fair trial. If they were both on trial it wouldn't make a difference.

I would say the phony religeous guy who cheats on his wife and has the kids out of wedlock . And the guy who refuses to taake the test ! It;s a no brainer !

 

While the thread starters reasoning isn't sound, the "test" isn't even the issue as much as Floyd just doesn't want to fight Pac. The boxing commisions don't require Olympic style testing , so who is Floyd to dictate terms?
If Floyd was really a G , he'd take everybody on , not caring who or what.
Originally, I'd figure Floyd could take anyone , but even Floyd himself is obviously pretty certain Manny would knock him out.
In fact, I'd have to question if Floyd himself is using PEDS . The long gaps between fights would be perfect for doing a cycle and still being able to test clean. The Mayweathers have all been shown to be hypocrites , liars and cheaters in the past , Floyd Jr himself clearly illistrating that the scumbag never falls too far from the tree.

The one that won't test. You use religion as an example to say Manny is a better man. Well Manny cheats on his wife and he raw dogs these bitches at that which shows he has no respect for her or her health.
