Im just going by the averages on Brit ESB I analysed this forum, fed the numbers into my supercomputer & after some whirring & buzzing it spat out a sheet this is what it says. Katsidis fans- 8000 Groves fans- 1500 Smigga fans- 1500 Burns fans- 1000 probability of all Groves & Smigga fans teaming up to cheer Katsidis- 99.9% Dont blame me, thats what the computer came up with:deal
will bunce be on every monday night now ?.....although i have been missing this up to now...i'm glad to see this back
He won't have to be...those men have done the groundwork for Burns. Listen to Katsidis 4 years ago and then listen to him now....when a fighter sounds like he's had 2 or 3 cans before air time its time to give it up.
Read what i wrote,i said in the UK. Buncey asked if hed looked past RB ans has he took the fight lightly, dont you think thats disrespectful? Carl is the best boxer in the UK at present imo
It was a tongue in cheek post my good man, I dont really have a supercomputer that I feed ESB data into:good
Anyone shed any light on why Katsidis mentioned about Burns being Scottish and not English, said he was fighting a Scotsman and not an Englishman and went on to mention the Hatton fight said it earlier in the interview too if I recall, any ideas why he was making the distinction? In conversation had people been overlooking that he is Scottish and Katsidis was making a point? Does Katsidis really want to fight Englishman for a particular reason?
I think you're reading too much into it. I think Michael is just aware that we have some sensitive folk who take exception to be referred to as English when they are Scottish and vice-versa.
Katsidis v Ricky Hatton - FFS! No chance! I wonder if all of Katsidis hard fights will finally catch up with him. I think Burns will come through a hard fight and outpoint Katsidis, but then again, I would not be surprised if Katsidis is given a controversial points win. Who are the judges for this fight, the usual furniture I guess.....
Katsidis is the bigger name and has fought a much better quality of opponent. If you take the rose tinted glasses off, then it's a fair question that Buncey asked Katsidis. In the past year he has prepared for big fights against Juan Manuel Marquez and Robert Guerrero. He KO'd Mitchell in front of thousands. Now he's preparing to fight Ricky Burns. A bit of an unknown who's moving up in weight for the first time. Katsidis will not have overlooked Burns, but it's not outrageous to ask the question when you take the above into account.
