How not to make a deal...

Camp A announces they will be fighting an "Small" opponent on may 5 a MGM in Vegas.
Camp B learns of this via media.

    How to make a deal.

Camp A + Camp B discuss and agree on venue date gloves split tests etc....

One good thing out of all this is that we're one small step closer to making this super fight.

They tried the mutual way. Marum ran away. Then Marum went the way of the ultimatum with a countdown clock. Now Floyd is going in an ultimatum sort of direction. We'll see how it plays out. If you disapprove of this, you must have hated the countdown clock, right? Instead we had a damned ******* slumber party where they all waited up for the clock to run out in order to post their best duck pictures. Now their panties are bunched because Floyd booked a date and venue? GTFO!

 Oh, now it's Uncle Bobs fault?

Of course, EVERYBODY but Floyd is blocking the fight.

    You're right.

It is always much better to talk to TV execs instead of engaging the other camp directly, then put up fake 'countdowns' to announce you're waiting for a response, and THEN refuse to answer directly if you actually made any concessions on the one thing that has held up the fight in the past.

Now THAT'S how you make deal, right?

It's a smokescreen. Floyd is concerned about making it look like he wants the fight, not actually getting the fight made.

how not to make a deal:

Defame your opponent with baseless claims about being a steroid cheat

Have your entire family go after him with more baseless claims.

    Make racist remarks about him.

Play the racecard. Act like everyone's out to get you because your black.

    :hi:

According to him Marquez could just trash talk Pacquiao during their fight, and Pacquiao will stop punching a leave the ring crying instead of kicking his ass.
